Posted: June 30, 2016 in Atheism, Capitalism, Christianity

Publishers Weekly reports that attendance at the very appropriately named International Christian Retail Show is off 29.5% from last year, and that with no previous announcement the Religious Booksellers Trade Exhibit will simply not take place this year.

Religion feeds off misery, so these are very good and unexpected signs — in these miserable times — in the attitude of Americans toward religion and its profits.
